Exhibition and Master classes on the Dargin Kaitag embroidery from Dagestan

International Carpet Festival - Tbilisi / Akhaltsikhe
28 June 2017On July 28-July 2, the International Carpet Festival will be held by organization of the State Museum of Georgian Folk and Applied Arts, financial support of the Ministry of Culture of Georgia and with the joint cooperation of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, the National Committee of ICOM Azerbaijan, the National Committee of ICOM Georgia, and the HALI magazine. The festival will take place at the State Museum of Georgian Folk and Applied Arts in Tbilisi and Rabat Castle in Akhaltsikhe.

In the Azerbaijani Carpet Museum was held an event under the name of "Stars of tomorrow", organized by the Children's Museum of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, dedicated to June 1 - the International Children's Day.
1 June 2017On June 1, 1950, by the UN General Assembly was decided to hold "June 1 - International Children's Day". The decision was confirmed at the "International Women's Conference" after discussions related to ensuring the rights of children.
