Today the ANCM's Shusha Branch celebrates its 35 years!

It is a great joy to celebrate this historic day and praise Shusha, our beautiful land, the cradle of music and art. The ANCM's Shusha branch was established in 1987 in the 18th-century Mehmandarovs' mansion in Shusha to study, preserve and revive the traditions of Karabakh carpet weaving.

During the occupation in 1992, the works of art of the Shusha branch collection moved to the ANCM and have been preserved in its collection since then. 30 years later, exhibits of the branch will return to the liberated Shusha and delight the visitors at home.
