The Azerbaijan Carpet Museum within the project History of an Exhibit invites you to the display of a unique late 17th - early 18th-century “Shamakhi” carpet from the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum collection. This carpet is the fırst exhibit in its history purchased by the museum at the AUSTRIA AUCTION COMPANY.
We invite you to travel along the history of this carpet together with Shirin Melikova, Director of Museum, PhD in Arts!
The lecture will be held in Azerbaijani language.
