The art of ceramics was widespread in medieval Azerbaijan. Ceramics was used in everyday life as well as in the construction of the architectural monuments. During that period tile had a special place in the design of the architectural monuments and gave esthetic beauty to them. On this tile, one can observe the scene from the miniature depicting the lovers in the clothing of that period. They are in the bosom of nature, and the scene of a young girl pouring wine gives the work a special dynamism. There are glassware and animal images in front of the lovers.
