Dr Shirin Melikova, Director of the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum made a presentation at the online event within the large-scale Kyrgyz project Night of Museums 2020. Dr Melikova spoke about the history of the museum's development and its exposition. She emphasized the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum's online activities during the pandemic, including the many successful projects, daily informative posts on the museum's social media pages, virtual exhibitions, expansion of international relations, and future plans.​

This social and cultural event has been organized annually for seven years and has been attracting great interest. This year the organizers welcomed museum specialists from different countries, presented quarantine projects, and arranged Q&A and a quest.​
