Certificates for participants of the project Touching History and Tradition

The project Touching History and Tradition for individuals with visual disabilities, displayed in the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, was completed.
Throughout February, one could get detailed information about the exhibits using tactile display, as well as special audio recordings and written materials in Braille.
At the same time, masterclasses for individuals with visual impairments were held at the museum. The staff of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum’s Traditional Technologies Department taught them how to weave and create carpets sketches.
On successful completion of masterclasses, participants, experienced new knowledge and skills, were awarded certificates and received memorable gifts from Shirin Melikova, Director of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. She congratulated them and wished them further success.
Poetess Nigar Hasanzade, who was actively involved in organizing the project Touching History and Traditions, expressed her sincere gratitude to the museum management for the opportunity of professional masterclasses.
