Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum invites you to the presentation of the book Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, November 22, 19.00.
We will introduce you to the authors of the fundamental edition dedicated to the museum’s 50th anniversary. They will provide detailed information on the book’s each chapter.
Afterward, Nargiz Karimova and Farid Aliyev, soloists of the Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theatre will perform arias from the opera Arshin Mal Alan.
During the presentation, the guests will be asked interesting questions and those who know the correct answer will be awarded different prizes.
Furthermore, the Museum will present its publications and handicrafts by weavers of the Traditional Technology Department, conduct various masterclasses including on flat woven zili technique, as well as invite to take part in the carpet cutting ceremony.
