Dr Shirin Melikova, Museum Director, Farah Ajalova, Head of Art Department of Ministry of Culture, People’s Artist Farhad Khalilov, People’s Writer Chingiz Abdullayev, People's Writer Natig Rasulzade, and Honored Art Worker Ziyadkhan Aliyev delivered speeches about Arif Huseynov’s creativity and congratulated the artist.
The exhibition showcases colorful, joyful, and poetic paintings of the artist enriched with carpet motifs, national costumes, and beautiful ornaments, symbols of the holiday, reflecting the most interesting customs and traditions typical for Novruz. It should be noted that the interpretation of the miniature in contemporary style in Novruz, Novruz Flowers, Novruz Tales, Novruz Flower series of works by the outstanding artist Arif Huseynov is the result of the harmonious combination of traditions and modernity and describes the master's high artistic skills.
Visit our exhibition and enjoy the artworks by Arif Huseynov dedicated to Novruz, decorated with ornamental motifs that resemble narrative carpets, and enriched with national fairy tale heroes and other famous characters from folklore.
At the same time, the ANCM organizes various master-classes, meeting with the artist, and other events within the exhibition.
The exhibition runs until April 16, 2021.
