On May 18 the ANCM has opened the exhibition Distinctive Love in Art dedicated to the genius poet Muhammad Fuzuli. The exhibition displays the following works from the ANCM collection: carpets Fuzuli (1973) and Shabi-Hijran (1976) by Latif Karimov, carpets Shabi-Hijran (1983) and Layla and Majnun (2013) by Eldar Mikayilzada, carpet World of Fuzuli by Aydin Rajabov, carpet Fuzuli (1975) by PhD in Art Jafar Mujiri and carpet Fuzuli (1987) by the artist Gulmurad Babirov. The sketch of the carpet Fuzuli (1958) by the People’s Artist Kamil Aliyev as well as the decorative panel Fuzuli by Rafig Gambarov are featured in the exposition. A number of elements from the artworks created by Latif Karimov for the books dedicated to Fuzuli are showcased for the first time. The exhibition reflecting the artistic heritage of the genius poet is on until May 30.
