Exhibition and Master classes on the Dargin Kaitag embroidery from Dagestan
5 September 2017Azerbaijan Carpet Museum implements the Cultural Wealth of Azerbaijan project. The goal of the project is to revive the popular Azerbaijani folk crafts and give them a new life. Embroidery, pile carpet weaving, copper, jewelry, pottery and other types of art also apply to this project.

International Carpet Festival - Tbilisi / Akhaltsikhe
28 June 2017On July 28-July 2, the International Carpet Festival will be held by organization of the State Museum of Georgian Folk and Applied Arts, financial support of the Ministry of Culture of Georgia and with the joint cooperation of the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, the National Committee of ICOM Azerbaijan, the National Committee of ICOM Georgia, and the HALI magazine. The festival will take place at the State Museum of Georgian Folk and Applied Arts in Tbilisi and Rabat Castle in Akhaltsikhe.
